We love this condo. We always have a great time here. Everything is very clean (except for the tile floor) our bare feet soles were black in minutes which made us keep our shoes on.. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We love Smokey and Chris! We will definitely be back. This was our third stay. 5 stars!!!!!

We loved the privacy and had the elevator almost to ourselves. The condo was very clean. Thought they were overly stingy with only one trash bag! Only real deal was that the door lock was not effective. It had to be manually locked from both sides. Fortunately our code worked. The outdoor pool was great and not too crowded. Wish the indoor pool was repaired.

Beautiful resort-style amenities. Townhome was perfect size for our family and was lovingly decorated and clean with a capital C. Really made us feel at home from moment of arrival. Could not have asked for more in a 3-day getaway.

What a terrific house. Everything was new and worked perfectly. There was all the needed necessities for the house when we checked in. For anyone considering renting a house on Kiawah, I would strong encourage you to look at 69 Clay Hall.

Nice space, lovely and cozy so while we had a deluge of rain, we enjoyed staying in with good seating areas and some privacy when desired. Nicely decorated and furnished, comfortable beds, clean, updated bathrooms. Was a girls weekend with 4 of us. Probably wouldn’t suggest for more than 5 people. Very convenient to Sanctuary and tennis. Great communication with hosts.
