The house was perfectly clean. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The yard area was beautifully landscaped and relaxing. The location was great. Close to beach and market. My only criticism is the stairs to the upstairs are steep and short making it unusable for us. The dog went up and fell down the stairs. We didn’t need it so it was easily closed off.

We enjoyed our time in this unit. Our Host Mandy was fantastic to work with. She was great…. This property is an older building so we didn’t expect it to be like new. And the price we paid to use it for the week was very good. If you looking for the “Ritz” this is not your place….but if you want a decent rental at a great price this is good.

The condo is in a terrific location - right at the base of PCMR. The description of the condo is spot on and iTrip is super easy to work with and very responsive. The hot tub with mountain views is a great perk. This is a nice place to stay.

The rental was amazing! You can tell the owners put a lot of time and effort into making this a quality home, from the cleanliness and high-quality finishes, I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to enjoy the great things that Island of Palm has to offer!

This was one of the best choices I made on this entire trip. Clean. Spacious. Everything you need dishes were here a working microwave working refrigerator... Very impressed. I will recommend this place and I will also be returning.
