Great condo. Bring your own pillows as they were pretty flat/not supportive. Pool was only available when signing up daily for a one hour time slot, one hour sign up per family per day. You could sign up for a waitlist on other times though. That was not made apparent before our trip. Hot tubs closed because of Covid but we knew that going in. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at Island Inn 318 was all we needed for a fantastic 3 day retreat. We were comfortable and had ample space. A great view with quiet surroundings. Courteous staff that met all of our needs. Restaurants and groceries nearby. Check out Willie’s on Corey Street, Stulley’s at John’s Pass and go for grouper at Hurricanes at St Pete’s. The Taco Bus was a great lunch stop.

The unit is perfect! Stylishly updated and comfortable. The sheets are very nice and beds are comfortable. The unit was spotless upon arrival. Only thing lacking are some baking sheets in the kitchen. Otherwise - this unit is very nice !

St Augustine trip

Atlantic Splash was a great place to unwind while exploring St Augustine. After spending time in the busy downtown, it was nice to travel the 20 minutes south to relax at the pool or walk on Crescent beach. Allowing dogs was also a big plus! I definitely would stay again for my next trip back to the St Augustine area.

Lovely Comfy Condo

The condo is comfortable and clean. Beds are comfy. There are large screen TV's in all the bedrooms and living room. Unit has plenty of towels and good supply of glasses, dishes, silverware, soap and dishwashing, tp and papertowels. Great location, property is well maintained. We would love to stay again.
