Great studio

We had a great time staying in this studio unit. Although, it was towards the back of the complex, it had a beautiful view of the ocean and Koi Ponds. Would definitely recommend this unit. A little tight with our two young kids, but we made it work.

Second great stay at Powder Pointe!

This was our second time staying at the Powder Pointe condo and we had a wonderful time! The bunk beds and new couch are a nice addition to the condo since our last time staying. One recommendation is to get shorter counter stools - they are too tall for an adult to sit comfortably at the counter and eat.

Cute house close to Tempe ASU campus

House was cutely decorated and perfect for our multi-generation family. Outside was great with all of the seating. Property manager was very responsive when contacted. One thing to note, due to the wind the filter in the pool could not keep up so unfortunately we only used 2 days. Only disappointment is the hot tub did not work.

Quiet, clean and great customer service

This property owner has amazing customer service skills. So responsive and helpful. I'm a light sleeper so am always a bit apprehensive when traveling. The cottage I stayed in was very quiet, morning and night. The cottage was clean and everything needed was available.

Perfect getaway

We had the pleasure of staying at Casa del Oso and can't wait to go back. The layout was great for a family with kids. Kids loved the game room and arcade...hot tub was used daily...and the views from the deck couldn't be beat. The location was close enough to town, but still felt like you were away from it all. The management of the property was very responsive to all our needs and requests.
