Overall we were quite pleased with our time at this property. The only downside was the 41 stairs up to the townhouse. Had we known we would have looked at other options. I’m a recovering cancer patient & the stairs were very tough to manage. Otherwise it was all good!

We were blown away by our recent stay! We brought 8 children (most of them teens). We had the perfect amount of space, TONS of room to store all the food and a short walk to the beach! We even called the rental agency since we wanted to cook spaghetti and there wasn't a big pot. They delivered a brand new one the next day. The definitely went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect stay!

I just returned from a family vacation at Regency Towers. It was exactly as pictured. Whitney provided excellent customer service and our check in and check out was effortless. We even had a bag of goodies waiting on us in our room. I highly recommend!

We had a pleasant stay was close to the beach and everything you would need to enjoy a beach vacation. They had chairs and body boards to bring to the beach and had bikes to use if you wanted to go for a bike ride. They also had everything you would need to be able to cook and eat your own food. Great place to stay and I would stay again

The place is very nice and clean, and most importantly, very close to the beach! You are literally just steps to the beach and its also a plus that the unit is on the ground floor. It wouldve been a perfect short get-away had the weather cooperated. It rained almost all day that were there. I also wish that they would alllow at least small dogs so we can bring our pets next time.
