About 2-3 blocks from Main St. We had a family of 9 people ranging from 7 - 64 yrs old. Lower level room with bunks and private bath was great for one family. Upstairs bedrooms worked out for others. Did get a little warm during the day without any A/C but cooled off at night. Property is showing its age but is in mostly good condition.

We loved everything that the condo had to offer and had a wonderful time. The overall bldg. is old but very clean and well maintained. We definitley would not hesitate to return. We were very pleased that all involved worked with us as we had an unexpected death in our family so our stay was somewhat shortened.

We had a wonderful stay at Bonanza in Idaho Springs. We went skiing at Loveland and were able to walk to anywhere in town. We enjoyed the Hot Springs, stores and restaurants. Safeway was within walking distance. The two bedrooms both had large comfortable beds. It was nice to have a great spot to come home to.

I think every single person in our group said the word "WOW" when entering the rental property. It was perfect for multiple families with kids...it was actually the first time that some of the kids were having a slumber party and the upstairs kids room was the perfect location. Having 2 master bedrooms with king size beds was another huge plus since we had multiple families.

What a beautiful and well decorated home with amazing views of the marsh, morning and evening. We stayed with one other family for the weekend while two of us ran the Kiawah Island marathon. This property was conveniently located and perfect for us. Wish we could live in this property forever.
