Overall the unit is very nice. Everything clean and nicely laid out. All kitchen utensils needed provided. Nice beach towels, chairs , children’s beach toys and pull cart for taking items to beach provided in garage. Would definitely return and recommend to friends and family! Lots of great restaurants nearby!

The house was perfect for our three families. We had wonderful moments in the house and the service of Itrip was excellent. We need assistance with the BBQ and they fix in the same day. House is gorgeous.

Three Little Birds was a wonderful place for our family of 6 to stay! Plenty of room for everyone and literal steps to the beach! The community amenities were an added bonus for my kids. Communication with the ITrip team was wonderful. We will definitely be staying here again next time we are in the area!

Spacious and comfortable. Really enjoyed the quiet, the view, the true ski-in ski-out. Detailed directions on everything from where to park, key locker, Wi-Fi. etc. Super fast and hot hot water, good shower pressure, everything clean and comfortable. Fully furnished, we needed nothing but groceries and skis. Intend to return. Description was exact, no exaggerations.

Lovely unit and resort. Ideal location We have stayed here previously. Leanna is the best manager. She will immediately resolve any issue you have. Its getting out of our price range. The crashing waves might be too noisy for some. I would add a tea kettle, vegetable steamer and sink plug to the kitchen.
