We enjoyed our time at The Pelican Point at St. Augustine. Traveled with three children ages 11, 12, and 13. The private pool and multiple streaming services available kept them entertained when we were at the house.

Great location convenient to shops, lifts, restaurants,... had a problem with a broken toilet seat that was fixed in a very timely manner after contacting owner. Only thing I would recommend is an updated toilet with a more powerful and efficient flush. Hot tub was nice but in the adjacent lodge which made for a fun walk and some interesting looks from others walking in the village.

The place was clean and had everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Close to the beach and other attractions in Kiawah. Quick bike ride gets you anywhere! Nice lagoon view from the relaxing screened in porch. Would stay there again.

Air conditioning not fixed after reported,!place had not been vacuumed-hot tub directions clearly state the chemical dispenser should be in tub for health reasons when using,!It was empty when we opened the lid.Sad for a weekend get away
