My 4th year renting the top floor of this great beach house in Saint Augustine. Great location, impeccable condition with a management team that is very responsive. I would highly recommend it for a short stay or for a couple months like I do every March/April

We stayed here for five days. The location was perfect for deer valley slope. You can walk to the lifts. It’s right next to the St. Regis and I’d highly recommend head up for lunch or a drink. The bedrooms were spacious and well appointed. The kitchen was fabulous. The view was even better. We loved it. There was an issue with our shower that was repaired immediately.

Fully equipped, beautiful condo walking distance to the slopes and downtown. If you don’t want to walk far with your gear, there’s a bus stop across the street. Dehumidifiers on the property. Functioning fireplace. A kitchen you can cook in. An outdoor jacuzzi across the patio. Contactless checkin. Everything you need for a perfect Breckenridge vacation.

This was a great vacation. We had to be moved because of water damage last minute but it worked out just fine! Kara was able to get a replacement condo pretty quick! Surfwatch II 302 was nice and clean! Bathrooms could use a little updating but otherwise they served our needs! Thanks, The Downing Family!

Well maintained condo with all what we needed for our vacation. The kitchen had all necessary appliances, dishes of all kids and a wonderful set o knives. Easy access to good beaches, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We did not use the pool, but it looked clean and nice.
