We really enjoyed our April 2018 visit to 204 the Palms. Absolutely no complaints about anything. Condo was exactly as advertised and as shown in the pictures. Very clean with easy access to the beach, Publix, and a choice of restaurants within walking distance. Also enjoyed the pool with the view of the intercoastal waterway. We would definitely recommend.

We had nothing but a wonderful experience on our trip. When I picked the keys up to our rental I was informed our home was having an ac issue and when we arrived there the HVAC pulled in at the same time to fix the issue which he did in a timely matter. The home was perfect though and I would def book it again in a heartbeat. It was maintained, decorated had more stuff there than we expected.

I was very impressed with the condo I booked for our recent trip to FLorida. It was clean, beautiful and had all the amenities of home including a washer and dryer. The room were big and very clean. The location was perfect as well: walking distance to beaches, grocery store and restaurants. The pool and hot tub were awesome!!!

1st, easy check in and out procedures. 2nd, fully furnished with EVERYTHING you need for your stay...and then some! 3rd, home away from home feeling. Very spacious and accommodating for my family of 8. Last but definitely not least...incredible price for our stay even for off peak time. Until next time...YOUR BEACH HOME ROCKS!!!

Small but comfortable for two or two plus small children. Two beds kitchen has everything for basic meal preparation evern some spices. All I cooked was breakfast every day. 1 Assigned parking spot. Highly recommended it was clean and comfortable tiny TV's btw.
