The house was located very close to the beach. The outdoor patio area was fun for the evening. The town itself had nice shops and restaurants to go to. The beach was calm and relaxing. The house was spotless when we arrived and it seemed larger in person. Our host was extremely helpful and quick to respond.

Really easy walk into town between 10-15 min, depending on where you're headed. Great conjoined common area/kitchen/dining room, perfect for big groups. Nice add with the hot tub for an additional social space. Well equipped with kitchen items, spices, a cooler. Pretty vertical space with two flights of stairs. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

We are definitely enjoying the stay and thing's have been going very well. The home is everything as its posted online and we are more then happy. Peter has been very helpful and very kind the whole time during this stay as well. Thank you for your help.

We had a wonderful stay at Bay Oaks. Took full advantage of the tennis and proximity to everything in Siesta! We had a minor maintenance issue which was resolved within an hour. Will def come back! ☀️??

STAYED AT ROOKERY111 IN GULF SHORES ALABAMA FOR THE MONTH OF FEB 2018 TH E PLACE WAS ABOUT THE CLEANEST PLACE I'VE EVER RENTED. IT REALLY FELT LIKE HOME . I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. IT WAS EVERYTHING THEY PROMISED.
