The house was very well stocked and extremely clean. The pool and guest house were some of the best features since we had grandparents and children with us . The house layout is great with a wonderful kitchen and many different seating areas. House manager was very attentive and responsive. Would definitely recommend.

As expected - excellent location. Nice condo. Mark was very responsive to our small needs. Condo was perfect for my wife and I as well as our overnight guests visiting from Vero. Our daughter also came down from CT and enjoyed it very much. Beach equipment could use updating but we bring most of our own equipment so for us it wasn't much of an issue.

This condo is AHH-MAZING. It’s perfectly equipped for the beautiful beach that’s right out the back door. The space and decor is ideal for relaxing, entertaining, simple living. Amenities and accommodations were exactly as advertised. It’s gotta be one of the best values on IOP. Highly recommend to all and hope to return someday!

We rented the house for an extended weekend after a business conference in Charleston. We had four adults and two of us also brought our daughters for a girls weekend! It was perfect. Excellent location to get to everything we wanted! Would definitely recommend! Thank you!

We spent 5 weeks at Cotton Bayou and will be returning next year! The condo was well equipped and stylishly decorated. We were very pleased with the location. It is right across the street from the beach, with a short drive or walk to access. Our only suggestion is to replace the patio doors as they are cloudy and interfered with the nice view.
