Great house, even better location

Love this house. This is the 2nd time we stayed here. Both stays were great. Easy walk to the town center and pools. We did not have any problems , but I’m sure if something came up we would have been taken care of. Love Pelican Preserve. There are a lot of great people who live here.

We had a wonderful time at Flip Flop Inn. The owners were so kind and welcomed us with cookies and a bottle of wine! The beds were comfy, views to the lagoon were perfect, and the walk to the beach was just right! I couldn’t love it more!

.We absolutely loved the location for what was a perfect stay in Boise. The proximity to great food, fun, and the Greenbelt exceeded every expectation. When we weren’t out and about, sitting right on the green belt enjoying a local beer was the best. Wonderful amenities, community, and communication from the property manager. We would absolutely stay here again.

This place was awesome. Perfectly located. Only had to use the car once to get some groceries. Otherwise it was 5-10 minute walking distance to everything. Very clean. I will definitely consider this place in the future for when I go to St. Augustine again.
