We were attending a meeting at UNC Charlotte so the house was the perfect location. It is a very convenient to UNC Charlotte which would be good for families moving their college students in but need a little more space versus a hotel. It has a big living room, the master bedroom is large and the other two bedrooms were of good size as well. We enjoyed our stay.

You can’t find a better location and a view of the slopes in Breck as well as main st. Unit has updated kitchen, bathroom and flooring! A queen in one bedroom and a queen with bunk beds in the other. Easy walk to peak 9 or the shuttle stop is on the corner of main & Jefferson about 200 ft from the front door.

We had such a beautiful week staying at “ Lloyds Lodge” My daughter got married this week and our family enjoyed the accommodations at Lloyd’s Lodge. It was clean and a great layout for a large family. We will be returning !!

The Condo was exactly as pictured online, only the view was so much better. We arrived and everything was clean & neat. All we had to do was add the groceries. It was when we arose the next morning that the view over the Monterey Country Clubs second fairway was so stunning, the mountains were covered in snow almost down to the desert floor. We’re already planning our return.

The home we rented was perfect for our needs and was will situated in Avon. It is close to I 70 and minutes from the restaurants and shops which are located in Avon. We arrived to find a very clean and comfortable home. Our only issue is that the furnishings are tired and some of the mattresses need to be replaced. Still, it is our hope to rent this home again next year.
