The place is perfect for 2. Enough room to stretch out and very close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend staying here. The only downfall of the whole process is the property manager is not very responsive to calls or messages. Otherwise this would be a 5 star review.

We had an amazing summer month’s stay at Wintercrown 301. Our favorite things about it: - close proximity to the gondola, hiking trailheads, so many great restaurants and bars, and a book store! - quick responsiveness of the management team when we had any questions - well equipped kitchen for those of us who choose to cook - that view from the rooftop patio, especially at the golden hour!

This was our first trip to St Augustine from Maryland. We loved the town, the house, the beach and pier. Houses location is great and very well equipped and comfortable. We really enjoyed the pier for fishing. I recommend bringing your own beach gear. Only minor issue is the restaurant Cafe 11 right behind the house had bands two of our four nights until at least 11pm.

Our family of 10 had a wonderful vacation this year. The unit was very spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything you need to eat in. If eating out is preferred, there is such great variety of restaurants close by and even breakfast, lunch, pizza, and drinks on the premises. The view from the balcony was amazing. We will be back!

Loved it! Very nice place plenty of room for 3 people and all of the kitchen supplies you need. Nice quiet area but only 2 blocks to all of the shopping and restaurants in St Johns Pass. Would absolutely stay here again.
