We stayed over Christmas and the house is adorable. Just a few steps and we were on the beach. Very peaceful and beautiful. The kitchen is nicely equipped or you can walk or drive to several restaurants nearby. On one of the colder nights, we enjoyed the hot tub. We would stay here again! Thank you

I could not have better things to say about my stay! My mom and I walked in and were immediately impressed by the beautiful condo and the cleanliness. It’s the perfect distance from everything we love on the island. We could not have found a better place to stay and definitely look forward to staying again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay. The view is amazing. We had plenty of room for our group of 8. I would suggest a Cecil fan in the back bedroom that doesn’t have one since that room doesn’t have an air conditioner vent. It is a very nice place to stay. We were there for a wedding at Kent Island Resort.

We are in town often. We’ve stayed at Sunny side up before, it’s perfect! We love how peaceful and quiet this area is. Having the pool right down the back steps with views of the marina🌟 Win! And just a couple of blocks to the beach.

We recently stayed at 27 Heritage Rd and found the home to be a very beautiful home stocked with any kitchen item you could possibly need for a meal. Very spacious and nicely decorated. We would definitely stay again if we are on a group vacation needing 4 bedrooms. Thank you for always promptly addressing any questions we had before and even during our trip!
