Red Tide and Sanibel Island

We were at Sanibel Island during the worst red tide situation early August 2018. The condo was amazing, clean and spacious with all the bells and whistles; however the selling feature of close proximity to the beach was useless to us, as we did not use the beach for any of the 10 days we were there. The beaches were unfit for use due to dead fish all over.

My family and I recently visited Orange Beach and stayed at the Phoenix West ll in unit 1903. Words can not express how much we loved that condo. Everything was perfect!! The eminities were awesome!! Everything was clean and well cared for. Always felt safe and secure. Staff was very accommodating. The beach was amazing!! Again it was perfect!! Thank you itrip vacations!!

The condo was very nice and comfortable. Close to downtown Lahaina and the beach. Very nice pool area and grounds. A couple of negatives is you have to pay $20 per day to park on the premises and there is no street parking in the area and one thing that was a slight negative but really no big deal, but it would be nice if they could provide a spatula in the kitchen.

This place is magic. The house is clean as a whistle, super comfortable, and in an amazing location. The neighborhood it’s in is beautiful, but not stuffy. The proximity to both the beach and the local restaurants is perfect. We loved our stay and will be back soon!!!!

Lovely ski condo

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo! It’s very quiet and well appointed. I especially loved the heated slate floors. The walk to the ski hill is not exactly “easy,” but it’s doable, especially going to the mountain. Coming back, after a long day of skiing, the walk is uphill.
