Great Home - Very Comfortable!

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your lovely home while we were in Orange Park visiting family over Thanksgiving week. So convenient to EVERYTHING, so beautifully furnished & well stocked with all that we needed. LOVE the memory foam mattress- so comfy & such a good night's sleep. We will definitely book again when we are in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at Kimball Lodge. The condo is lovely and adequately equipped for vacationers. The property was clean and pleasantly decorated. ( Only one concern- the coffee maker doesn't automatically shut off and doesn't have a working light indicating that it's still on.) The beach is wonderful and we enjoyed our meal at Traditions. We'd come again.

Beautiful boathouse! It has internet and all the ammentirs you need for a getaway. It’s modern, clean, cozy and in a superb location with panoramic views. Queen bed (and a pull out queen sofa) it’s ideal for one person or a couple, but easily can accommodate a small family or two couples. Amenities galore and oversized dock to swim, paddle board, inner tubes, fish, and more!

This will be brief...We loved the Rookery III accommodation. The place is removed from the hustle/bustle of the main tourist area, close to uncrowded beaches and convenient to everything. The property was very well maintained and just a great place to stay. If we return to the AL coast, this will be our home when we come. Thank you!

This new condo is new, clean, fresh and location location!! Close to downtown and water park, walk to the river for relaxing view of the water. Condo has everything you need and check in, communication was the best I’ve experienced. Can’t wait to go back when it’s warmer!
