Location was great really close to the beach and ability to walk to restaurants and ice cream also close to the pool. Parking was easy as well with the permit. Place was clean and nice, looked just like pictures! Would come back and stay here again, loved being in the first floor with kids and a stroller.

This was our first time in this property and it is well worth it. Steps from the beach, walking distance to restaurants. The property was in fantastic condition, clean and very spacious. We have added it to our list of places to stay when we come to St Augustine for vacations.

We had a great stay at The Lazy Palm! The house was very clean and well equipped. The location is great…just a quick 4-minute walk to the beach! We really enjoyed hanging out in the pool in the evenings after being at the beach all day!

Great apartment by the beach in Pass-a-Grille! Walking distant to the restaurants, bars, coffee shop, rental bikes, boat tour of the Channel/Harbor at the end of the street, and you get a parking pass to park your car in the street while you are there. Has everything you need... We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location couldn’t be beat. Next to the St. Regis and 2 minute walk to base lodge. The condo was very spacious, clean and access instructions were easy. We would stay here again.
