Great little house-great location!

Great little house with lots of space, full kitchen, clean, patio, pool, great location. Perfect for our family’s needs. Summer here so temperature was a bit high this week (115) and home was much too warm in the master bedroom. They need to adjust the air to get that room cool. Otherwise… great house, highly recommend!

This house is perfectly situated right on the beach. The home itself does need a little TLC but the location cannot be beat. There property manager was very responsive and took care of us throughout our stay. Will come again!

You can not go wrong staying at this place! The house is amazing. Totally renovated and stylishly furnished. No details were missing, even small details! Very clean and very comfortable. It’s a lovely house! We really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely book it again if we come back to Sarasota.

This condo is perfect! It was very, very clean and well appointed. It was steps from the beach and convenient to many area attractions and shopping. Parking was ample. The condo had everything one would need! The balcony faces the ocean (only yards away) and the ocean sound and view are spectacular. I would stay here again and again. Very comfortable, safe, and convenient!

The home was beautifully decorated with a modern, open concept. We loved having 2 masters on opposing sides of the house. The home was very clean, kitchen well-stocked, beds were comfortable and the outside area was amazing. iTrip was a breeze to work with and check-in was seamless (no contact). Every box was checked off with this house - definitely recommend.
