Our trip was just as pleasant as last year's and we intend to rent #208 again next year. The only complaints I have, and they are minor, is the bathroom floors were not cleaned very well and the tub in the 'guest' bathroom drains very slow. Overall, great condo, great location, great vacation!

This was an amazing hour for two families. Close to the beach with a ton of beach stuff for use. Close to meal places and quiet. My only wishes would be 1) Wish there was something to provide shade in the pool area and 2) the downstairs unit seems much better stocked than the upstairs until as far as the kitchen and linens.

We enjoyed our stay at Beach Villa. The condo was clean, beds comfortable, kitchen well-stocked, and iTrip was great. They were quick to respond to our questions, left a thoughtful welcome-gift and allowed us a late check-out. 5-stars

Stayed at Easy come Easy Geaux. It is a beautiful condo on the ground floor. Pool is right at the back porch area. It is the biggest, most beautiful pool in the area. The beach is a short stroll across 30A or take the tram. Very conventient. Lot's of shopping restaurants and bike riding. A great place.

Very impressed with iTrip & 307 Beach Place. The unit was exactly as described, clean, great view and lots of little extras from previous tenants. It housed our group of 4 adults and 4 kids perfectly.
