The Little San Felipe was the perfect place to stay for a family vacation to St. Augustine! We had two adults and two young children. It was the perfect size for us. Very quaint with an old rustic feel.

What a magical experience! The condo was perfect for our family! We overlooked the mountain with beautiful views! The shuttle service was awesome and took us back and forth for our dinner reservations. The drivers John and Sam were so helpful and very prompt. We did not need a car! The skiing was amazing and we have teenagers so the ski in/out was a bonus! Awesome trip!

Clean, comfortable unit. Everything worked except the second bedroom light/fan. Didn't need it. Microwave died, itrip had it fixed right away. Wish the TV was bigger, and that they had a kuereg, but nothing to subtract stars for. Excellent place, great service from itrip.

Although we really enjoy staying at 1106 One Ocean Place , this was our second stay , we did not have wifi due to router issues and feel the outside furniture and bedroom carpets could you use updating...We would love to see the above mentioned issues addressed and look forward to vacationing at your property in the near future.... 5 stars! Perfect location! Perfect home for our family! Clean and beautiful. Sarah and Steven understand true hospitality. The beach is less than 5 min walk away. So much provided for us including a well equipped kitchen, beach towels, beach toys, games etc. We would definitely return!
