Great rental house!

This is our second year staying in this house and again it was great! We love the house and will rent it again! The rental agent Jeremy and the owner are wonderful to deal with and make checking in and checking out so easy. The location can't be beat. Our son had a wonderful time as well. The house has everything that one needs to have for a very nice beach vacation!

We had a great time staying here. Beach access was fantastic, which was a must-have for us. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook in. If there wasn't an item (like no steamer basket for crab) we figured it out. Yes, the patio door is difficult, but I've experienced the same thing at other condos, so it must be the humidity and salt air.

The home is lovely. The pool is fantastic. There are 6 of us and the accommodations are perfect for us. A couple suggestions to make it even better: 1. The towels are awful. Very scratchy. 2. A mister on the back patio would be a great addition. 3. The hand soap is awful. These are very minor complaints but just thought it was worth mentioning.

This unit was perfect for our needs. It is in a great location! Very close to the Barefoot golf courses and driving range and also very close to a wide variety of restaurants. It is also beautifully decorated and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay!

Wonderful stay at Kimball Lodge. The location is perfect, close to everything you need. Condo was very nice and roomy - being able to walk out to the beach was the best. John is well equipped with whatever you need for your beach visits. Sunsets were amazing also. We would definitely recommend this unit.
