Our stay in Kim's apartment was beyond wonderful! It was very clean and modern. It was in a very peaceful building and the view from the porch was breathtaking! Unfortunately we stayed at the off season so we didn't get a chance to ride the lift or other winter activities but I will be back and I will stay here again! The fireplace was a nice touch too.

The room is spacious and fits our family of 6 perfectly. Clean and we’ll take. Care of very convenient to the lifts. Super easy ski vacation w 4 kids. I would advocate for adding one baking sheet and one larger frying pan in the kitchen! Everything else is great. Check in was super easy.

Enjoying our stay at Summerhouse. The unit could have been a bit cleaner, and would suggest at least a small supply of toilet paper in each bathroom - it would have been welcomed for our late night arrival. But the view is WOW! The unit is comfortable and exactly like the pictures. Enjoying the warm’ish weather - it beats the snow storm that is going on at home!

We loved our stay at this condo! It is steps away from the bus and gondola, while also being well situated in Avon for all your needs. The management company was a breeze to work with, and the space was perfect for our group and we would suggest this to any family or group for a stay.

Small but comfy, good value, great location

Clean and comfortable, was great for my family of 4. Would probably be cramped for six. Great location close to river trails and restaurants, as well as great access to Mt. Bachelor and ski trails. Enjoyed the resort hot tub at the pool area. Only downside was the eating area was just counter seating, no room for a main table. Host was very attentive. Would definitely come back!
