February 2019 trip to Park City

So far we are very pleased with our stay. The unit is much larger than we had anticipated. Everything was clean and in order upon our arrival. The kitchen has everything we need. The heating system works very well. The beds are very comfortable. And the fact that there's two sleds in the closet made our day! We would highly recommend this unit.

We spent our honeymoon there and had a wonderful time! It's nice and quiet, so relaxing and you can literally start hiking right behind the condo. I love the little balcony with the BBQ, and the full kitchen! It's super comfy, the perfect spot to relax after a day of hiking or skiing. Pool and hot tub are great!

Best condo for large party!

The penthouse condo was the perfect spot for a large party. I had my sisters bachelorette party and we had a fantastic time. Right across from the beach access and next door to a 24/7 market and liquor store served all of our needs! Food, bars and beach shops were so convenient to walk to. I would highly recommend this spot for large groups and families.

Clean and beautifully decorated log cabin with a great mountain view and everything needed for a great stay.

It was great to have a community pool for our grandchildren to enjoy. It was a short drive to everything we wanted to do in Sevierville and Pigeon Forge. We enjoyed the mountain views from the deck, and used the back-deck grill to prepare dinner. We enjoyed playing pool upstairs the first night we were there. Great relaxing time had by all. Thanks.

A well needed respite

The property is as advertised, great location, great value and a relaxing time. A few things of note. If noise above you bothers you this is not the place for you it is a older building and you are on the second story with people above you. It did not bother us but I can see how it would bother others.
