This was an awesome condo. Our adult son and girlfriend traveled with us for five day stay. Great location. Everything you could need is within walking distance. Conveniently located close to Tampa. Clean and comfortable condo.

Property was situated in a great spot, just for enough outside of town for a view but close enough to get anywhere downtown in minutes. Private back yard was worth the price of admission alone for our dog. Staff was always super responsive and offering their availability if we needed anything, would book again!

The villa had everything we needed, even beach chairs. The one negative is that the section of beach nearest Lagoon Villas is nonexistent at high tide because of beach erosion. In fact, there were sand bags in front of some of the houses and these were in a state of disrepair. Tattered pieces of the sandbags could be found buried in the sand.
