Nice renovated condo steps to the beach

Don’t let the outside fool you, the condo inside is perfectly appointed with everything you need for a nice relaxing beach vacation. Steps away from a beach access, this condo should be your next choice for a stay on the island. The rental company provides all the essentials and extras too (think usb ports and ceiling fans in every room). We enjoyed the location and the accommodations.

Very nice and well-kept house in a pleasant neighborhood. Plenty spacious for 8 of us (all adults) and 1 medium sized dog. Easy and great communication with hosts and no issues finding parking. Easy access to all parts of Charleston and surrounding areas. Highly recommended stay!

This is our third year doing a long-term rental at Tranquil Aspens. It has become our “home away from home” and is such a comfortable place to be. Excellently furnished and the kitchen is well outfitted. The beds are all very comfortable. Super location and sitting by the gas fireplace is the perfect place to end the day after skiing. We are looking forward to next year already.

Bryan was a wonderful host! He communicated with us and made our stay more enjoyable. The property was great! Keep in mind it is a basement apartment, but that did not affect our stay at all. Pool table and hot tub were wonderful!

Our stay was wonderful. There was a last minute issue with some pressure washing on our deck which was inaccessible for 1 day. Itrip was very kind to offer a credit for that period of time the deck was off limits. They were VERY responsive to issues that came up with amenities missing in the unit. Plus offering suggestions for some other items we needed (Baby stuff)
