Unit is exactly as described. Loved everything. Only reason my rating was not a 5 star was that the garbage disposal gasket was bad, and dripped below, which we caught with a bowl (very slow leak). Also, the unit had a non-functioning vacuum cleaner. We notified itrip of both issues and said they did NOT have to be fixed during our month stay.

Beautiful condo. Was perfect size for 6 adults and 4 children. Would definitely stay here again! Right in the middle of everything so we could walk to dinner. Very well stocked with essentials. The elevator was not working but was being fixed.

We had a great stay at this home with my wife, son, and I. Was close enough to old town Scottsdale for a moderately long walk. Easy driving range to anything in Scottsdale. And it was a nice quiet little neighborhood. The house was clean and in great shape and the backyard was a great place to hang out in the morning and evening. Would stay there again

We loved this condo. It was well stocked and perfect location. We easily dropped off kids at ski school, walked to the base and mall for meals and entertainment and the kids favorite was sledding on the slope right outside. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. This condo had it all and we hope to return!

We loved this place. The view from the balcony was amazing. I was impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was. We had all utensils and kitchen gadgets needed to make meals. The location was really convenient and easy to get to. There were also trails in the neighborhood that were easily accessible and had beautiful wildflowers.
