Lovely view & comfortable beds

Nice view of Siltcoos Lake and great location for exploring south of Florence. Clean, cozy, and comfortable beds. Well-stocked kitchen. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms & 1.5 bathrooms, and the lower floor is studio-style with bunks & 1.5 bathrooms too, and both units have kitchens, so plenty of room to spread out. Thanks for the great stay!

Had to call because of sewer gas smell in bathroom, your staff poured bleach down the drain. Seemed to take care of the problem. Had trouble with the heating and air conditioning system, seemed not to work very well. The elevator worked intermittingly. At times needed to take the stairs. Our son and his family stayed in the unit. I probably would not rent the unit again.

Sandy Shores Great Vibe and Location

We stayed at Sandy Shores and it was exactly what we were looking for. Great location and SUPER close to the beach. Unit 227 was clean and slept our family of 5 comfortably. The location was not overly touristy which was a plus. Easy drive to historic St. Augustine.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean, well stocked, and beautiful. We loved hanging out at the fire pit at night. The house is in a great location and the communication with the hosts was awesome. We will definitely be coming back to stay here again.

Beautifully remodeled & decorated contemporary home with all the necessary conveniences. Comfortable beds, large closets & nice furniture. Outside area is spacious with a lovely seating area off the master bedroom. Very clean & bright. great neighborhood to explore.
