External impression was not very positive. However, the interior was as advertised. Everything is new. Completely remodeled. The location is good, one block from A1A. Plenty of restaurants. We are here for 10 days and after 5 days we feel comfortable here

This condo was awesome! It had everything you needed and more. The decorations and furniture were perfect. The beds were extremely comfy!! A perfect place for the beach and pool and for getting to downtown St Augustine!! I will be back!!

We had such a wonderful stay! There’s so much to do and see. We loved the house it was perfect. Our daughters really enjoyed it as well 17 and 7. There’s a nice restaurant right outside the door and a very cool crystal shop below you! Lots of stuff in walking distance! I would rate 10 stars if I could!

We had a great stay at someplace else. We had a cute welcome gift waiting for us when we arrived, everything was clean as well. Everything we could possibly need outside of groceries was provided. The view is so nice from the swing on the back deck. We spent a lot of time there. I wouldn’t change a thing and we hope to book again next year.

The house was in a perfect location to enjoy FMB, close to great restaurants, the beach and shopping. The pool was great too, perfect for an afternoon dip to cool off from the beach. The kitchen had everything needed.
