Great location, underground parking is convenient, Nicely maintained corner unit with great mountain and rainbow views, partial ocean views. Small but adequate kitchen, well supplied with utensils. Our only problem was that their Wii, which apparently doubles as the DVD player, was not recognized by the TV. The Whaler is a well run property with attractive grounds, on the beach.

Though we were slightly concerned when we first started driving down the gravel rode, the house was perfect for our 2 families. Extremely clean, just like posted pictures. The deck was awesome once the sun started setting! Also enjoyed to 2 full bathrooms (girls upstairs and boys downstairs), 2 big screen TVs, and large table! Very interested in returning!

This place is cute and I love the location. We had some difficulties getting in the gate when we arrived but were lucky to have a sweet couple trust us and let us in. Perfect size of place for four plus a dog. The pool is so close which I loved and the beach is a short walk away. Beds were comfy and the place had everything we needed. Couldn’t ask for more!

This condo is top of the line in every way! Beautiful furnishings and great location. The rental agency did an amazing job of keeping us up to date on all aspects of the property. We will be back for sure!

You can't get much more convenient than Empire Avenue for a Park City Mountain adventure. Me and my team stayed here while working during the World Ski Championships, we were so happy to be so close to the action in this cozy cabin. It was the perfect basecamp and relaxing abode after a long day on the mountain.
