The family had a wonderful stay at the unit and enjoyed the many thing offered in the Park City area. We were disappointed with the quality of some of the beds, the guests should not be required to replace the boards under the beds to hold up the mattress. When we needed a little service help from maintenance it was timely and helpful. We would use the iTip services again.

We had a 'reunion' and stayed at this home for a 3-day weekend. The deck overlooking Lake Travis was incredible. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub and thought the location was great. Home was clean, kitchen was well-stocked and there were plenty of beds to go around.

The house was great - beautifully furnished and decorated with plenty of room for our extended family to spread out. Kitchen is well stocked and there’s a nice supply of beach chairs and toys! Communication with iTrip was great throughout the rental process, check-in and during our stay.

Nice place. You can't get any closer to the downtown folly beach area. Walking distance to all shops, restaurants, peer, and the beech. Only complaint is that for whatever reason they only left one thing of toilet paper and we had to go buy more. I would recommend this place to others.

Perfect Family Stay

My family rented this home for Thanksgiving and it was so perfect! We had grandparents and grandkids and every age in between, and every one was happy! There was so much to do between the game room and movie room! The large kitchen was perfect for everyone gathering in there! Everyone kept saying that the house felt so luxurious, but so so home-y!! I absolutely recommend!
