Great home....lots of room for all 8 of us. Nice view of the golf course, although we wished we had a better view of the SUN. This time of year so low in the sky, it didn't come directly over the pool But we loved the hot tub and the heated pool anyway. Used the outdoor grill too and outdoor fireplace by the casita.....everything just worked so well. Would definitely recommend this property for a big group of friends. Close to stores for groceries, etc. No issues with uber and also door dash getting to us. Great communication with iTrip as well. Easy to follow directions for everything.

We had a great time celebrating with friends. The house is spacious and everyone had there own on suite bath. We stayed in the pool the whole time and then played pool in the casita and games at night. Thank You!

Great Home in PGA West

We just returned from our stay in this beautiful home. We are a group of 4 couples who enjoy traveling and golfing together. This is a great home with a terrific pool and backyard. We opted to pay for the pool heating and it was a good decision. The pool was a perfect temperature and we all took advantage of it when returning from a day of golf or sight seeing. The home backs up to the 15th fairway of the Nicklaus Tournament Course at PGA West. It was enjoyable to sit in the backyard area during the day and watch golfers going by. The kitchen is huge. It was large enough to accommodate multiple people preparing food all at the same time. Well equipped with everything you need in a kitchen. Only negative is that 2 of the four bedrooms are set off to one side of the house and have a shared wall. This did not allow for much privacy as we could hear talking in other bedroom. This is a great setup, however, for a family with children.

Perfect Family Getaway

My family just finished a 3 night stay, my husband and I and my 3 kids, ages 8,5,1. Our first vacation in months thanks to Covid, this was a very safe trip, we hung by the pool for 3 days, the views were gorgeous, pool and hottub were perfect, my kids had a blast, and we ordered takeout and groceries and basically quarantined in relaxation and sun. The manager was very responsive to emails and did everything we asked to make our stay great. It was quiet, private and spacious, and we couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. I am already booking our next trip!

Perfect Family Getaway

Our family of 5 stayed here, my husband and I and 3 kids (8,5 and 1.) We had a perfect, relaxing, peaceful and SAFE 3 night stay. Our first trip in months thanks to Covid, we were able to order groceries and takeout to the house, spent hours relaxing at the pool and hot tub with gorgeous mountain views and star gazing from the patio at night. The gas fires were a nice touch. The house is spacious and luxurious and quiet. We couldn't have had a better vacation, what a beautiful setting! Check in and out was suer easy and the property manager was so responsive. We are already planning our return trip.

House is great and fully equipped. Best treat is the pool/patio overlooking the golf course and Santa Rosa mountains. Liz/Rozet were super friendly, and prompt to customer feedback to improve the house.

Awesome home in an incredible location. Loved how we were given all of the information needed before we started our vacation. Self check-in was smooth and easy. Easy instructions on how to use the hot tub, firepit, and other amenities. Very comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen and BBQ are made us feel like home. Gorgeous views of the PGA West Stadium #17 fairway and green. We'll definitely make this home a return visit.

We had a fantastic stay at The Legends Villa Retreat. The house and casita are very beautiful and spacious. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to cook meals at the house. Dan and Cindi were very responsive in answering my questions ahead of our stay and even checked in to make sure we had settled in and to see if we had any questions about anything. Overall, a great experience and I will definitely be looking to stay here again next time.

From the moment you walk into this lovely home you know you're going to have a great time spent. The flow of the property is wonderful and to be honest the description that I read didn't do it full justice. What I was pleased to learn is there is a complete game room/casita. The furniture is comfy and the kitchen is perfect for having "all" to gather and enjoy. The pool is perfect and badly needed during this warm weather. The management team is very attentive and willing to help.

My friends and I had a great stay at your place. It was spacious and well appointed. Perfect for a group getaway and very convenient to the courses in the La Quinta area. One of the guys left a jewlrey item behind and received great response and help from your team in getting the item returned. We really appreciate it. The only thing I would caution about is the fact that gas cost to heat the pool and spa is the renter's responsibility during winter months. I wasn't aware of that at the time I made the reservation. You should anticipate spending extra or not using these amenities.

House was great especially the outdoor seating areas. Used the hot tub twice and never the pool so power bill should not have been much. Queen bedroom was without a tv as promised in your listing. Bathroom toliet in casita had a small leak. One might want to check the oven out as it took forever to warm to the temperature needed. House was nicely furnished and had lots of gadgets. Would have been helpful if Vanessa could have been there when we arrived to help show how to operate some of the devices. Traffic prevented us from arriving when we thought we would. House provide plenty of space for four couples and was very well laid out. Would consider renting again as your agency was very helpful and only wish the tv in the garage could have been installed during our stay. Thanks again George
