Our studio itself was comfortable in building #1. The studio could have use some tweeking. The coffee maker took 25 minutes to brew one pot of coffee (big to us). But...it was comfortable and the pools were nice...once again just needed some big pots with plants...a bit more FL spiffy! Over all not a bad place to stay since can walk across the street to Bonita Beach!

This was our first trip to the Gulf Shores. Our stay exceeded our expectations. The condo's views were breathtaking, the beach was immaculate, and the accommodations were perfect. The stay was peaceful and recharged our batteries.

Had a group of 8, this was the perfect place for us! Beds were very comfortable, would definitely stay here again if I have a large group! Communication was great! Only request would be to have had a few extra trash bags, other than that, the place was perfect!!

We spent two nights at this property, very clean, well decorated, cozy furniture, extremely comfortable beds! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout - from booking to arriving and checkout - clear instructions and guidance. We will recommend this unit to our friends and family!

Sanibel Unit 1701 provides another great winter

This is our 3rd straight year in the unit and we are already booked for 2017. Love the unit; especially the comfort of the furniture and the never-ending view. Any problems we report are acted upon quickly. Great location, great unit, great view......bottom line is we can't wait for January.
