Nice, clean home. Good for families. Toilets did both "run" constantly, but worked. Had an issue with wifi not working, but they sent property manager immediately to fix. Initial supplies provided (tp, paper towel, etc) plus small packet of coffee grounds. Good location - close to Old Town & Anastasia State park.

We loved our stay here! The space fit our family’s needs perfectly and we enjoyed the perks that came with it like the discounted ski rentals and ice skating. We would definitely stay here again! For travelers with young children, there are exit doors in the two bedrooms with the queen and twin beds. We blocked/covered those and had no issues, but just something to be aware of.

Place was great. Would have been nice to know the beaches were under construction .... trucks driving up and down leaving huge tracks and sand flying because it was windy . Other than that it’s a nice place but we may have chosen to stay at another beach that wasn’t under construction .

Our stay at The Friendly Native Condo was wonderful! Easy check in, easy check out and the location was perfect! Parking was close, neighborhood was quiet, room was quaint and modern. Sitting by the pool or in the garden area, each area was peaceful and well kept. Walking distance to food, shops and miscellaneous stores.

This property was great. It had everything in real close distance which made it very convenient. The condo had everything we could possibly need the only thing I would suggest is maybe a few more wine glasses. Other then that it had everything we could ask for. My family definitely look forwards to staying here again. Thank you
