We had a great stay. The condo was perfect for our extended family. The kitchen was well-outfitted, beds were comfortable, and bathrooms were modern, clean, and warm. Great location, quick responses, and lovely space.

My family and I needed a get away for a couple of days. This place has it all! The adults enjoyed the refinements of the upstairs (everyone took a turn in that bathtub with a view) while the kids had the downstairs to rough house in. Pool was large and refreshing, the patios were a great place for drinks and toasting the sunset. Oh and did I mention the hot tub? What a great getaway.

The condo at Folly was perfect for me. I was staying by myself and it allowed access to all the city going-ons just outside the front door. A block or two down was shore. It could accommodate a small family in the living quarters but would best be used as a base with most of your time spent out and around. By way of endorsement, I plan to stay there again next year if it's available.

I have rented a number of units at Kiawah over the years and this is the best. Great location, quiet, clean, and comfortable. The communication with owners prior, during, and after the rental was excellent. I will certainly recommend The Blue Pearl to friends and family, and I will be back.

Our family had an amazing week in the house. It was super family friendly and really close to the beach! Everything was well stocked and we didn’t have any issues. The only thing is the ice maker didn’t seem to be working in the fridge, so we had to buy our own Ice, but not a huge deal. Overall, would definitely come back again!!
