The unit was nice and clean when we arrived. The furniture seemed fairly new and very comfortable. The condo building has been kept up good. A few dislikes: the building had 1 trash can per floor this was not enough, the unit did not have a pantry for food. Overall we enjoyed staying here

This condo was great. It was exactly as described in the listing. It was clean, well stocked with everything that we needed. It was close to National parks and historic St. Augustine. The beach was perfect for relaxing, walking and swimming. We can't wait to return. David and Robyn were great host. Diana

Olivia and Hannah at the iTrip office were fantastic to work with! Lovely condo, fully stocked with excellent bedding and towels. The complex is in process of repairing the boardwalk to the beach, but there is very easy, convenient access just next door. I will choose an iTrip property every time I travel when available because of the top notch service and attention to details.

lots of space 4 bedrooms 2 living rooms very quirky layout , you need to walk through some rooms to get from one side of it to other . but it doesn't detract from the fabulous historic building . if you want a modern place this isn't it this place has soul and character in immeasurable quantity ,in perhaps the best location on treasure island ,Publix just across the road ,beach on the doorstep

We had a great stay at Capital Hill and enjoyed the charm of the condo and building. The host was very accommodating to our needs and answering questions. We were able to walk and bike to neighborhoods across the city.
