Small rustic cottage directly on the beach. We have spent the last five winters , Jan. and Feb. in this lovely cottage and have enjoyed booking with Itrip. Plan on spending many more winter with are friends at this location.

We enjoyed our stay in this property. The view to the pool and beach was amazing. We also like it, because the condo was on the corner. The beach was very clean.and you can take a shower after swimming. We will recommend to friends and maybe we will come back.

We had a group of boys with us and this was The perfect size! Kitchen was FULLY equipped with everything needed to cook for 14 boys. Even had a crockpot!! View was amazing! Very short was to beach. The room with 4 full size bunk beds did get hot at night. A ceiling fan definitely needs to be added in that room! We will defiantly be returning to Phoenix VII!!

The condo was very nice, clean & cozy. Had everything we needed. The complex & beach are both beautiful. This building was in a less crowded area of the beach. We were very happy about that. Would reccomend this unit to others & would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at the Oceana. It was a good central location which was helpful since we came without a car. The view and the attentiveness by the host was top notch. Looking forward to a return trip!
