We could not have had a more fabulous time on this vacation. We took the kids up to Breck for fall break and enjoyed hiking and the condo was so close to town it was amazing not to mention the hiking right out of the door! Fantastic ski-in ski-out space for large group

What an awesome base for our ski group! It was spacious and well-equipped to the point that 8 people fit comfortably inside. Proximity to the slopes was great (~2 minute walk from door to clicking into skis), free parking was nice, and the downstairs vestibule for the skis + other gear was very convenient. And on top of all that, what a gorgeous view! Would absolutely stay here again!

609 was a good unit to rent and even provided beach chairs, which was a big selling point! 609 was a very clean unit and had all the amenities, as well as a good location [beachfront]. We enjoyed our stay very much and will most definitely rent 609 again in the future.

Overall we liked the condo, great space and good location b/c I have family in Eagle-Vail. It's convenient to get to Vail or Beaver Creek to ski. The place could use some TLC, fresh coat of paint, new linens and it was FREEZING when we arrived, temp at 50. Also, the clothes washer does not drain properly it needs a quick repair. Love the wood burning fireplace and deck.

House is like it is pictured. Plenty of room for everyone. Furniture is in very good condition. Conveniently located to many of the attractions down in Florida. Would definitely rent this house again.
