We were a group of 8 friends, and this was the perfect place for us. It is a bit dated, but the space and layout, along with the location, were spectacular. The kitchen was well-stocked and the living area very comfortable. It was so easy to walk into town and had beautiful views. We loved it!

This is our second time renting the Palms 303. The location is great. The Publix next door is nice. But remember if you walk over you have to carry it all back. The fishing was fun off the back dock. Grandkids love the pool. Nice view of the beach. The elevator is hot and slow but you just have to be patient. We will be back next year.

Condo was just what we needed. Location was fantastic. Just 5 minutes to Naples public beach access and fantastic restaurants. Unit was clean and cool when we arrived. Furnishings were just fine for our group. Had to text management for an issue with a tub not draining, but Vince came promptly, and resolved the situation. Would definitely stay here again if the need arises.

This beautiful 2 bedroom condo was just what I needed for a quick, relaxing getaway. Checking in was seamless and easy with the iTrip app. Once inside, this cute condo was beautifully remodeled and decorated. I would highly recommend this.

The condo was a good fit for our girls weekend. Best were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked and the furnishings were nice. My problem is the upkeep for the suite was not there, the shower handle was detached, the bbq was melted to the patio, and just general maintenance was lacking.
