Everything was fine at this property. When I booked it, the information on the internet site said 2 parking passes were included. They were not and I had to pay the parking fee. I just want to make sure the owner is made aware of that and does not think we kept them.

Our family of four truly enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, updated with modern fixtures and the beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect; just steps away from the beach access! We would highly recommend staying here.

Loved the kitchen, and the close proximity to Scottsdale Quarters and Kierland Commons. The condo had all the amenities needed, however if I can make one recommendation, would be plastic cups for use on balcony or to take to the pool. Definitely would rent again when I return to the Phoenix/Scottsdale area!

We had a great time and the house was nice!! We had 8 people in our group, from 2 years old to 72 years old and there was something for us all!! It was in a perfect location on the Lake!! Grant was very helpful, and we will use him again when looking for our next trip!!

Great place to stay! High above Breckenridge- it has stunning views. The place was amazing. Clean and updated. There is no grill to cook on and no place to make s'mores unless you want to build a fire in the fireplace and clean it out. That was the only downside to this place. Everything else was fabulous! We loved it!
