The layout of this property was just right for our small family reunion. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table. The adults enjoyed the kitchen/family room open floor plan. The grandparents appreciated the elevator. And the dog loved the deck and walk to the beach! Thank you!

From the time we stepped into this beautiful condo we felt like we were at home. It was beautifully furnished, and had great amenities that they thought of and the views were stunning from every window. We had a wonderful family memory making trip and cannot wait to come back. We honestly did not want to leave.

We had a wonderful time on Sanibel. The apartment was neat and clean and as described. We had no issues while there. Communication with John was friendly and easy. We loved being right on the beach. My husband and I hope to return sometime.

We were pleasantly surprised how cute and cozy this little home was. The fire place made it extra cozy after a long day of traveling. We did a lot of relaxing before our daily adventures. The toilet did have a small leak but the owner took care of it immediately and we were never disappointed with their communication. We would definitely return if our adventures led us back to this cute spot!

The home was clean upon arrival and had everything we needed for our week long stay. It is conveniently located near a Walmart, so we were able to purchase all of groceries. Close to Beaver Creek Mountain, where we were skiing--only a short 5 minute drive. Highly recommend this cozy home!
