Our rental home was truly our home away from home here and we absolutely loved it. Warm and cozy and geographically well located. Beautifully furnished and very comfortable. I trip was immediately responsive to our needs and it was a great experience. Highly recommend.

Great place for large group

The condo was clean, organized and a good location to access the mountain via short drive (less than 1.5 miles). Property manager was very responsive checked on us upon arrival and mid-week to ensure everything was ok. Condo is perfect for 2 families. We had 9 guests and fit perfect. I wouldn’t go more than 10-11 people as some may have to sleep on air mattress or couch. Great place.

We had an amazing time. Condo was very clean and well equipped. The view of the beach was everything we hoped for. Service from and communication with the iTrip staff was excellent. We will definitely recommend to others and hope to return ourselves.

We stayed over spring break 2023 and had the best experience! You can’t beat the location, perfect!! Steps to the beach and less than 2 blocks to city center. The condo is up to date, spacious, clean and has everything you would need! We really enjoyed our time in Folly and made a few quick trips (only 25 min) to Charleston. We will definitely be back! Thank you!!!

I loved this house! It was very clean and spacious. The location was perfect as well considering the price. I loved being able to walk to the beach in like a minute. I would definitely recommend this place, especially if you have a group or other family members staying with you.
