We did not receive the unit number or directions for getting into our unit until the sales people called the owner. We still haven’t received instructions of how to check out. The one bed is very marginal and hard to roll over or get in or out of. The adult pool was quite dirty on the bottom. We ran out of toilet paper.

This house was a perfect place for our family to assemble to attend a family event. We were very comfortable, the kitchen, living room, and backyard gathering place were comfortable and functional. Lots of plates and silverware made family meals a breeze. The neighborhood is peaceful and attractive.

This is a great condo for families. We've stayed in this unit multiple times. Very close to the slopes/lifts. Plenty of room for our family of 5. One of the only units we can ever find with a washer and dryer IN the unit, which is so great for a ski trip.

The location of this quaint Beach studio was amazing. Just a quick walk across the street to the beautiful beach and several fine restaurants. It was easy to get to Sanabel, Captiva and Naples from there for exploring. The place was very comfortable and the bed very nice. One could easily cook there and relax on the screened in lanai. I found it to be a very convenient, quiet and relaxing place.

We LOVE the beach! So this year we choose the Maravilla 1101 as our vacation condo for my large family. Let me say it did NOT disappoint! It was beautiful and perfectly furnished with everything we needed. Right by the beach which was PHENOMENAL. The pool was the best added bonus for my small kids. We will DEFINITELY be rebooking the Maravilla 1101 for our yearly Florida vacations!
