We had a great time at Windermere by the sea! We have stayed at Kingston plantation multiple Times, but have always stayed at the Margate. I definitely have a new favorite place. Condo was clean, had everything we needed, and was close to the beach. Our boys loved the screened in back porch. We can’t wait to go back!

The house was just what we needed. Perfect location, perfect size and it was nice to have the personal hot tub after a long day of skiing. We will definitely be back in the future and would love to rent this house again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property and Sam was so quick to respond to any questions we had come up. The space was amazing, and my grandkids and I played the ultimate hide and seek game with so many rooms and closets. The location is great for a central location to lots of fun things to do and see. Not a far drive to zoo and more.

This is an incredible vacation house. It is clean, spacious, comfortable and a 2 minute walk to the beach. The house is in a small gated community in the Wild Dunes Resort so the privacy/space afforded is exceptional. Great supermarket, restaurants and beach chair rental company all nearby. The hosts were great communicators and made everything very easy for us. Highly recommend, thank you!

Super fun house - great location with amazing views

The home was awesome. Plenty of room for people to sleep comfortably, the views were amazing and the location was awesome. They also allowed us to check in a little early and stay a little late so that was helpful. Only downfall was I couldnt figure out the sound system and no one answered me to explain how. We had speakers though ourselves so it was okay.
