This condo is extremely comfortable, from the flooring,to the showers, to the best king sized bed we have ever slept on! The beach, restaurants, and breakfast nooks are all within walking distance. And the other residents at Grand View are exceptionally welcoming. I highly recommend this untit (204!) in GrandView!

Awesome villa. They Supplied us with everything we needed. Check in and check out was straight forward. Perfect location on the west end and 2 minute walk to the beach. Pet friendly and screened in patio was perfect.

This was an excellent place for my friend and I to stay while I was doing some work in the area to get my condo ready to re-open. Loved the view, loved the spacefulness, Even loved the size of the soap bars! It was a lovely stay and could not have been better. Definitely five star view, condo and professional treatment!

We return to Folly most years to celebrate our anniversary. We adore this beach, the restaurants and the laid back vibe that defines Folly Beach. your condo is fantastic - love the proximity to everything and the decor.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo decor was cute, the fully stocked kitchen and dining area was an added bonus! We loved that there was a master bathroom attached to the master bedroom. We enjoyed the lanai too. It was a quiet and safe neighborhood. There were nice restaurants a short walk away!
