Perdido Sun 502 is clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with a gorgeous wide-open view of the gulf. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen is modern and perfectly organized. This condo is perfect for a smaller family. Kids will adore the cozy bunks. It’s positioned right on the gulf with only a short walk to the edge of the water. Loved it !!

Nice space, lovely and cozy so while we had a deluge of rain, we enjoyed staying in with good seating areas and some privacy when desired. Nicely decorated and furnished, comfortable beds, clean, updated bathrooms. Was a girls weekend with 4 of us. Probably wouldn’t suggest for more than 5 people. Very convenient to Sanctuary and tennis. Great communication with hosts.

The condo was just perfect! I brought my 2 daughter and my daughter in law for a girls weekend. The girls slept in the bunk bed room and I had the master. We sat on the deck most of the time because the weather was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again! Great location too.

We would definitely stay at 307 Palms of Treasure Island again. The unit was clean, updated from the pictures and had everything we needed. The owners were most helpful and very quick to respond when we would inquire about something. This is our third time staying at the Palms and first time in this unit. We will be booking this unit in the future!

Spacious, clean accommodations, quiet neighborhood; just a block and a half to the beach! We felt comfortable preparing our own meals -pretty much fully stocked kitchen - or going out for meals; !we scored with the gorgeous weather too (you just never know this time of year!)
