Family spring break

Our family of 7 adults and 4 children had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our recent spring break trip. Beds were comfortable and I can't say enough about the ocean and bay views- beautiful. Kitchen was nicely furnished and beautifully decorated. We look forward to coming again

Our family had a very relaxing vacation in this condo. Everything was as described and the owner made us feel welcome from before we even arrived. It was nice to sit outside on screened porch and enjoy nature. It was a short drive or walk to many different uncrowded beaches.

The condo was perfect for our family! We loved the updated interior and size of the unit, and the location was perfect! It was walking distance to shops, grocery stores, and dining options. My teenagers enjoyed hanging out at the community pool as well. The only negative is the traffic noise, so we couldn't enjoy the patio outside as much as we hoped to. We would stay here again.

We had extended family in two houses on Deer Blvd. in Avon. It was perfect for us. We were well set up with everything (except a small ax to make kindling) and thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance, the views, and the proximity to everything. So glad we got this place. Perfect for our needs. Hope to go back in other seasons as well.

This house was amazing! It exceeded our expectations in every way! The house and the pool were both super clean. We were able to use the beach chairs, the pool toys and the kayaks. We will be back!
