Great location and views of mountains. Walking distance to Park City lifts. Bus stop at the condo entrance. Spacious property with good facilities including ski boot drying room. Although no internal laundry (only 1 washer/dryer on site and no drying rack). Keyless entry.

My family came together at Bella Alba to spend some time over the New Year holiday. The house was amazing!! It was nicely decorated, wonderful views of the ocean, comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped and many wonderful family meals were made there. I would definitely recommend this property to someone looking for a great beach house.

The home was as pictured but pictures couldn’t describe how comfortable it was. The 3 bedrooms with separate baths was perfect for 3 couples.. walk out your door to a beautiful heated (and maintained) pool. No fighting for a spot. Some of the pool furniture could use some repair bu that didn’t affect my rating for the property.

Stayed at 204 Bay Harbor for 3 weeks. We absolutely loved it! It was such a great location on the south end of the beach. Clearwater Beach is an awesome area to visit. We were able to walk everywhere. The condo was very nicely decorated, very clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely rent again!

Had a great long wkend away. Check in was super easy and staff was friendly and helpful. Place was super close to everything and we loved. Everything there to cook meals and hang out as a family. The bedrooms were a lovely size. Great neighbors and nice to have a bit of green space in the back yard.
