We had an excellent stay at Avon property! The property was well maintained. The house was in a beautiful location and had enough space to accommodate our group. We had some issue with hot water which was fixed immediately after one call to the property manager. Overall, an excellent stay!

We had a great time. The house was very clean and the house was updated. The host Mark was excellent at responding to any questions. The pool heat included in the rental was a real plus as well. We would recommend this house to anyone and we would recommend the property manager Mark to anyone and the ITRIP company. Thanks again! We will be back!!

Sea Colony Gem

We had a perfect vacation on Lakeshore Drive. We love Sea Colony and all its amenities. Having multiple Pool options, pickle ball, the gym, transportation and our own private beach space was so nice. The beach area is much less crowded than the public beach. The place we stayed was perfect for our family, clean with plenty of space for all. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We had the pleasure of staying at Casa del Oso and can't wait to go back. The layout was great for a family with kids. Kids loved the game room and arcade...hot tub was used daily...and the views from the deck couldn't be beat. The location was close enough to town, but still felt like you were away from it all. The management of the property was very responsive to all our needs and requests.

We brought our friends and all of our kids and we had a great time. Park within walking distance, “backyard” for kids to run around, and short drive to several kid friendly bikes. The rental was fantastic and the iTrip team made so many accommodations to make sure we had everything we needed. Can’t wait to return soon!
